"SMILE" and "LOVE" both are the effortless NATURAL defaults, many of us customise them forcibly and create an effortful "FROWN" and start "HATING"...
Try just now, SMILE and see it comes naturally on your FACE, you are not tired after SMILING alot. And now, try opposite of it, see the BURDEN you carry after that. The same thing happens in LOVE too, you just get in LOVE with people, things and surrounding... whereas you need to find reasons to HATE.
